Last night, the August Fuel-21 crew came over for a good ole fashioned Paleo Potluck. Wow, did we have a fantastic feast!! It never fails to surprise me how many new and delicious recipes and ideas are out there. Whoever said Paleo is boring is crazy! Keep in mind that none of the food that is on Fuel-21 is a "Paleo (insert word here)" concoction. It's just real food made with simple ingredients. No baked goods that resemble grains or sweets.
The group is making huge progress with several people already dropping 5-8 pounds in the first 2 weeks! Energy is building, sleep is more restful and fulfilling, and clarity is developing as we go further into the course. Old habits are slowly becoming the thing of the past..... no Diet Coke, eating red meat for the first time in 18 years (!), overcoming needing a drink of alcohol a few times a week. This group is already successful and we still have 6 more days to go!
